Why journal?
All great artistic pursuits are done by hand. Writing things out forces us to slow down and really think through our ideas. It boosts memory and retention. It reduces anxiety and clarifies goals. Most of all, it offers us an analog sanctuary from the digital noise.

Sessions blend modern habit science with classic creative recovery tools. I draw upon decades of research and writing from Julia Cameron, Eric Maisel, James Clear, Julie Jaffee Nagel, Madeline Bruser, and others.
Sessions are $100 per hour.
